Workplace counselling in South Yorkshire

Confidential counselling support for employees — helping your people stay well, manage pressure, and return to work with confidence.

When a member of staff is struggling, a few sessions of good support make a real difference, to them and to the team around them. I work with employers to provide confidential counselling for employees, usually in blocks of six to eight sessions.

For employers

When your team is under pressure

  • Absence levels are rising and you're not sure why
  • A member of staff is struggling after a difficult event
  • You've identified stress-related issues but lack in-house support
  • You want to offer more than just signposting

Practical, confidential staff support

Workplace counselling gives employees a confidential space to address what's affecting their performance and wellbeing. Sessions are usually arranged in blocks of 6–8, billed directly to the employer at £80 per session. Everything discussed is strictly confidential — I report only on attendance.

Counselling offers support and space to work things through. It isn't a medical treatment or a quick fix, and we'll always be honest with you about that.

Sessions are 50 minutes each. The employee's right to confidentiality is fully protected.

4
