ADHD UK
Support and information for adults with ADHD, including resources for getting support.
South Yorkshire services
NHS Talking Therapies (Barnsley): Free NHS counselling and CBT for people registered with a Barnsley GP. Ask your GP for a referral or self-refer through your local NHS Talking Therapies service.
