Counselling for anxiety & depression
For the days your mind won't switch off, and the ones where everything feels heavy and flat.
When worry takes over
- Your mind won't quiet down, even when you need rest
- You avoid situations that feel too unpredictable
- Your body carries the tension — tightness, fatigue, difficulty sleeping
- It's started to feel like this is just how you are
A gentler way through
Together we'll look at what's keeping it going, and build practical, everyday ways to feel steadier. I draw on CBT, solution-focused work and a calmer kind of understanding, at a pace that feels safe.
Counselling offers support and space to work things through. It isn't a medical treatment or a quick fix, and we'll always be honest with you about that.

The approach
I don’t follow a single fixed model — I’m trained across several evidence-based approaches and will adapt to what actually helps you. CBT helps identify thought patterns that fuel anxiety; person-centred work creates the safety to explore more deeply; mindfulness-based approaches build day-to-day resilience.
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and cost £70. The first step is a free 15-minute call where we can talk through your situation.
Fees — no surprises
